CCS Services holds independent third-party accreditations for health, safety, and quality standards. Fully documented, auditable, and available to clients on request.
CCS Services has held Safe Contractor accreditation continuously since 2008. We have been audited, re-accredited, and assessed against national health and safety benchmarks used by major facilities management, retail, and commercial clients across the UK.
An awareness of and compliance with health and safety legislation is fundamental to how we operate. Our team holds professional qualifications in H&S and we maintain rigorous, documented procedures across all site operations.
- IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) qualified staff
- Certification in Infection Control & Prevention
- All rope access personnel trained to IRATA standards
- All powered access operators hold current IPAF licences
- Member of the National Federation of Master Window and General Cleaners
- £10 million public liability insurance — certificate available on request
Site-Specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements
Every client is provided with individual site-specific Risk Assessments (RA) and Method Statements (RAMS) before work commences.
If you need to verify our accreditation status before awarding a contract, we can provide:
- Safe Contractor accreditation certificate
- IPAF licence copies for relevant operatives
- Public liability insurance certificate (£10M)
- DBS check confirmation for named operatives
- Site-specific RAMS for your premises
- COSHH data sheets for products used on your site
